I love the emphasis that there is just as much life in the death of a creature as there is in life... that it can be even more vibrant because it's not just one thing anymore; it becomes many things.

Personally, I've got a thing for dead trees. They're one of the most under-rated and colossally important components of a healthy forest.

.....also; I'm wondering if this ties into Ink in some way. The visual similarities... hmmmmmm
