New Best Friend?

Casually returns from a long absence with nothing but a little doodle to show for it...
I was with a friend who was picking up a foster kitten at a shelter and I kept seeing all the kiddos staring longingly at the new pets they wanted. It was really cute. I just sketched this as warm up a little while back.
